Marco Rubio took to Andrea Mitchell to embrace Mitt Romney’s approach to immigration in his speech to the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials, ( NALEO). He said Republicans should be seen as the “pro-legal immigration” party rather than the anti-illegal immigration party. Rubio also hinted at revisiting his now withdrawn alternative to the DREAM Act, which would provide legal residence to some undocumented immigrant students.
