To demonstrate his opposition to the Arizona’s immigration law, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Illinois) gave congress a four-minute quiz. He told the House floor that the Arizona law has police officers playing a game of “pick-out-the-immigrant.” The congressman said it was “completely ridiculous, unfair and un-American” to determine who belongs in the country by their appearance.
