In Mexico, the electoral court is set to confirm President-elect Enrique Pena Nieto despite vote buying allegations. The decision is due either Thursday or Friday, which would allow Pena Nieto to take office on December 1st. Also, Colombian authorities arrested five suspects accused of being the masterminds behind a car bomb attack that took place last May in the city of Bogota. The bomb that was targeting former interior minister Fernando Lodorno killed two people and left several others injured. And the world tango championships ended this week with an Argentine couple beating more than 500 dancers and going home with 40,000 dollars.
