In Mexico, leftist leader Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador announced to thousands of his supporters that he will be leaving his left-wing coalition after losing two presidential elections. The defeated candidate is set to form a new political youth movement called Morena. Also, amateur footage capturing a U.S. border patrol agent shooting a Mexican on Mexican territory was broadcasted on a number of TV stations across Mexico. The footage will be used as evidence as Mexican officials investigate the shooting. And the Nicaraguan government is evacuating over 3,000 people living near the San Cristobal Volcano. The volcano begun spewing ash and gas to nearby communities over the weekend.
