All week we’ve been counting down to Mexican Independence Day with our favorite healthy makeovers, traditional favorites and Mexican chefs. And with the weekend finally here, why not toast to the holiday with some of our favorite Mexican-inspired cocktails? From tequila-based margaritas kissed with bright lime, to mango nectar-infused drinks that bring to mind sunshine, here are five of our favorite cocktails with which to toast Mexican Independence Day – an event which signifies the bravery, spirit and pride of its people.
