Eva Longoria plays ‘Words with Friends’ to help Latinas

Eva Longoria has found a way to put your “Words with Friends” addiction to good use. She and an all-star list of celebrities — including Kristen Bell and Jonah Hill — are playing the mobile game to raise money for charity as part of Zynga’s “Words with Friends Celebrity Challenge.”

“Words with Friends” players can join their favorite celebrity’s team to play the scrabble-like game and raise money for charity or watch celebrity match-ups online. The team with the highest score wins a $500,000 prize for the celebrity’s charity of choice.

Longoria is playing for The Eva Longoria Foundation, which helps Latinas excel in school and business through education and career training programs.

The “Words with Friends Celebrity Challenge” runs through October 4th. To participate, go to WordsCelebrityChallenge.com.
