Mexican authorities captured two alleged regional chiefs for the Juarez and Knights Templar cartels. One is a former police agent. Both suspects have been charged with coordinating drug gang operations. Jose Moreira, the son of the former chairman of Mexico’s Institutional Revolutionary Party, was found shot to death.
