Guatemala police arrested software developer John McAfee Wednesday for illegally entering the country. He fled Belize to avoid being questioned for a murder. Mexico‘s Supreme Court unanimously struck down a law banning gay marriage in the southern state of Oaxaca Wednesday. The ruling could lead to same-sex marriage becoming legal in all of Mexico. Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, famous for designing much of Brasilia and some of the most modern buildings of the twentieth century, has died.  He was 104. Scuba divers in Mexico saved a pregnant whale shark by cutting a rope wrapped around her body. The divers spotted the whale shark on a routine tourist trip and swam down to help her.
