Family members of Jenni Rivera arrived in Mexico today to take her remains back to California. Vigils popped up through Mexico in memory of the popular singer. Hugo Chavez’s named successor broke into tears yesterday over the president’s ailing health. Nicolas Maduro led followers in prayer for Chavez’s health as he undergoes cancer surgery in Cuba.  Mexico’s president Enrique Peña Nieto vowed he would continue to wage war on drug cartels yesterday. Under his predecessor Felipe Calderon, over 60,000 people died in the war on drugs. Cayman islands premier McKeeva Bush was arrested today on suspicion of theft and alleged misuse of a government credit card.  He is also charged with allegedly importing explosive substances.
