[PHOTOS] Latinos mourning Sandy Hook losses this past week

Saturday, December 15, 2012 - Claudia Urbiana and daughter Jocelyne Cardenas (left) hug outside of the entrance to the Sandy Hook School in Newtown, Conn. Twenty-six people were shot dead, including twenty children, after a gunman identified as Adam Lanza opened fire at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Lanza also reportedly committed suicide at the scene. A 28th person, believed to be Nancy Lanza, found dead in a house in town, is also believed to have been shot by Adam Lanza.

December 19, 2012 – Family members of Victoria Soto, including her sisters, Carlee Soto (L) and Jillian Soto (2ndL), and brother, Matthew Soto, leave after a funeral at Lordship Community Church for the slain teacher in Stratford, Conn. Victoria Soto, age 27, a first grade teacher who is being hailed as a hero, was one of six adults, in addition to 20 children, who were killed in last Friday’s shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
