Marc Anthony to perform at Inaugural Ball

Acclaimed composer and performer Marc Anthony is among the roster of stars who will perform in one of several balls during President Obama‘s inauguration, according to a press release issued today by the Presidential Inaugural Committee.

“We are honored and excited to have such a diverse, talented group of musical guests joining Americans from across the country to celebrate the 57th Inauguration,” said Steve Kerrigan, President and CEO of the Presidential Inaugural Committee.

Marc Anthony has been a staunch supporter of President Obama during both of his presidential campaigns.  This summer Marc Anthony headlined a fundraiser in Miami, and in a video, Marc Anthony said,  “”The president has our back, so it’s time to let him know that we’ve got his,” he said.
