Even if there isn’t snow where you are this time of year, there’s no arguing that a tropical getaway sounds tempting during the frantic return to work after the holiday vacation. And while bearing the expense of a plane ticket to a Caribbean island may not be an option right now, whipping up a cocktail infused with the bright and sunny flavors of the tropics is an easy escape. Here are three of our favorite tropical cocktails – think sweet pineapple, fragrant mint and sunny mango – to add a little sunshine to your weekend.
