A car bomb killed two people and injured three more in the southwest of Colombia.  The car rolled to stop just slightly ahead of an army checkpoint. Authorities believe FARC rebels planted the bomb.  The attack comes even as peace talks with the government continue in Havana.  President Juan Manuel Santos says the FARC and government may reach a peace agreement this year. Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa has suspended his campaign after two of his supporters were stabbed at a rally. Correa says the attack was not political motivated. The suspect is in custody. Argentina’s Foreign Minister is in London this week and vows the Falkland Islands will be back under the country’s within twenty years. A referendum on the Island’s status will be held next month.
