What you’ve learned about food while blogging: I am constantly learning, but through this process I’ve learned how to make anything and everything lighter and healthier without sacrificing taste simply by using the best, freshest ingredients with lots of fresh herbs and spices.
Where do you get inspirations for your posts? Everywhere! I find lots of inspiration during trips to restaurants, farmer’s market and from magazines. I’m also inspired by the e-mails I receive from people with requests to give their favorite meals healthy makeovers.
What you’ve learned from blogging: I’ve learned how to style photos, and have learned a lot about light and photography and how to make food look appealing in photos. Along the way, I’ve also learned how to write. My early posts were short and to the point, but as time passed I tried to anticipate any question that might arise, and I started sharing more personal stories.
