Speaking multiple languages may help to prevent dementia

We now know keeping your brain active can help prevent dementia. There is now new evidence showing that speaking more than one language may actually help to delay dementia. NBC Latino Dr. Joseph Sirven shares information about how being bilingual can delay or prevent the onset of dementia.
