The Historias initiative is part of StoryCorps, an independent non-profit, whose mission is to provide people of all backgrounds with the opportunity to record, share and preserve their life stories. The Historias initiative, launched in 2009, is dedicated to preserving the stories of U.S. Latino culture.
In December 2012, NBC Latino and StoryCorps began an exciting new content sharing partnership that will deliver Historias recordings to the NBC Latino family each month. We hope these compelling stories will inspire you to record your personal story!
