Ernesto becomes a hurricane after shaking the northern coast of Honduras with heavy rains and strong winds, and it could take aim at Mexico‘s Yucatan peninsula.  In Argentina, at least 30 people were injured when a freight train collided with a control tower near Buenos Aires.  Latin America is shining in the 2012 Olympics.
